Chris Balser began his career fitting cyclists professionally in 1989, and currently provide services for more than 600-cyclists annually at three-locations designed exclusively for the unique needs of his clients.
Chris uses the BTS Bioengineering SMART-DX 100 and FREEEMG at the Advanced Biomechanics Lab, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he pioneered custom 3D/sEMG protocols for Bike Fitting and sEMG Biofeedback protocols to reduce counterproductive pedaling.
He continutes to use the BTS Bioengineering system to write custom 3D/sEMG programs for research, diagnostics, performance testing, and applying protocols for bike fit, gait analysis and functional movement screening.
The lab is home to sponsorship support for elite, professional and olympic athletes who serve as research subjects in exchange for services rendered.
BTS is my choice for technology because it allows me to design custom protocols.
