In order to remotely control a robot provided in a nuclear facility, a robot is controlled based on the value of motion analysis by synchronizing a robot analysis room with a robot control room.
In order to synchronize the motion analysis room and the robot control room, the values of each joint analyzed in three dimensions must be transmitted to a central server to control the robot in the real time, BTS technologies allows constructing such a system.
By analyzing 3D motion in a safe space with high resolution (4Mpx or more, 2000Hz or more), it can be exported in real time so we selected BTS equipment. The force plate can measure up to 10000N and can measure unrestricted physical conditions that can occur in various environments.
We use this technology In the Equipment and Technology Research Institute, Mechanical Performance Groupin Korea Hydro Nuclear Power, it is very helpful for technical research and we would recommend this equipment to the other laboratory in our organization to have very high performance.
